To change a homeroom's name or supervisor, click the edit icon. You can assign a patron to supervise multiple homerooms; you can assign only one supervisor to a homeroom. To remove a supervisor, click the edit icon, and then click Clear. To remove a homeroom, click the delete icon.
To return to Site Administration, click Close. To assign patrons to a homeroom![]() Once you set up your homerooms here, you can assign patrons to them in any of the following ways in the Back Office:
Homeroom uses![]() Once you have set up the homerooms and assigned students to them, you can generate the following reports, lists, and notices by homeroom.
In Circulation, you can check out by homeroom. After selecting Global criteria on the Update tab of Update Patrons, you can update your patrons' Patron Type, graduation year, grade level, homeroom, card expiration date, teaching status (Textbook Manager only), Patron Status, any of the User Defined fields, or Access Level, based on their homeroom. You can delete your patrons by homeroom on the Delete tab of Update Patrons.
